Return Policy



RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

Special orders are non-returnable.

Regular orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging and in the case of boots, in unworn condition. Please notify the us by phone or email before the return.The client is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured to the us. Credit issued will not include original shipping and insurance charges. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or worn. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with is positive.

Package Returns

Unused packages can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase date. You must have a valid receipt dated within 7 days or less from the original purchase date in order to receive a refund, exchange or store credit.

Cash Refunds

Cash refunds will only be given with a valid receipt showing the original form of payment for purchase as cash.

Credit Card Refunds

All credit card purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card that merchandise packages were purchased on. In the event there is no receipt showing credit card used or credit card is not available, will issue a store credit in the form of a product exchange with the same amount product.

Check Refunds

All check purchases will be refunded 14 days after the original check has cleared; check refunds will be done in the form of a mail check from our respective representative.
